Nintendo Wii COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entry is free. This promotion is valid until July 31st, 2008. Registrations after this date will be excluded from this promotion. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries which are not received by HarperCollins. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Your entry into the promotions is your acceptance of these terms. This competition is promoted by HarperCollins Publishers Australia Pty Limited of 25 Ryde Road, Pymble, NSW, 2073
2. The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Employees of HarperCollins and their families are not permitted to enter the competition. One entry per person and one entry per household.
3. The prize is a Nintendo Wii with Wii Sports. The prize is non-transferable and HarperCollins reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Participants need to register online, complete the Quest and tell us in no more than 20 words why you deserve to win the Nintendo Wii prize.
5. All answers will be read and the most original answer will win.
6. By entering the competition the winner agrees to allow the free use of their name, photograph and general location for publicity and news purposes in connection with the Promotion.
7. The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than 7 August. HarperCollins’ decision as to who qualifies as the winner is final and HarperCollins will not enter into any correspondence relating to the winning entry.
8. HarperCollins excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this competition and reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage.
